To set up badge mapping, you will need to purchase the API/Developer's Kit for the trade show you are attending and then send the kit to your sales rep. Our developers will use that API information to connect our database with the trade show's registration database. Once that is completed, you will be able to map the badge in the app.
To set up the badge mapping, you will have to determine the type of Badge being used. Choose QR code / PDF417 / 1D in the event set up page and then designate the Admins. Admins are the users who can map the badge information to the survey fields in the app. Please contact our Support Team if you have questions about badge mapping.
