To enable a Caterpillar user to have access to CAT Corporate content as well as Dealer content, the following criteria must be met:
In the App Data Room Media Manager, the username/email address on each account much match.
The email address that is configured in the App Data Room accounts much match what is configured in CWS.
CWS must be configured to allow access to content in both accounts.
